BFF - BASKETS, FOOD AND FUN
BFF, the PTSO's primary fundraiser, is scheduled for May 4, 2012.
There will be music, food, games, contests and more! You will have a chance to win themed-baskets in a huge raffle.

PARENT NIGHT ON TUESDAY, JANUARY 31ST - THE 7 HABITS OF HIGHLY EFFECTIVE TEENS Our WMS Counselors are having a Parent Night on Tuesday, January 31st at 6:30pm in the school’s media center. The meeting will cover The 7 Habits of Highly
Effective Teens. This book is written by Sean Covey, the son of Stephen Covey (many of you are familiar with his
highly popular book entitled The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People). As always, our WMS Counselors
look for programs to help our parents as well as the students. We all know these are important developmental
years for our children and it's extremely helpful to be armed with as many tools as possible. These strategies will
be introduced to the parents that are in attendance before the Counselors spread their message to the classrooms. It
is our hopes that these skills will be reinforced at home. Please make plans to come

SUPER SODA FRIDAY
Super Soda Friday is scheduled for every Friday after
school! The WMS PTSO will sell sodas and other specialty drinks.

LOST AND FOUND
The WMS Lost and Found has many items that have been lost by WMS students.
If your student has put their name on the items, the item will be returned to them.
Items without names will be donated to charity at the end of each month. If your student has lost an item, please
have them check out the Lost and Found for their items they have lost immediately. The Lost and Found
has lots of sweatshirts and lunch boxes and many more items.

drive has officially ended! The grade level winners of the homeroom competition Pizza / Sundae parties will be announced
shortly.
The PTSO wants to THANK WMS families for their EXTREME GENEROSITY this year. We have doubled
our Family sponsor money from last year, and are well on our way to be able to purchase the last 9 Smart Boards needed to meet our technology goal this year. THANK YOU !

Thanks to everyone who came to the PTSO Dress Code Yard Sale and thanks to all
