2019 - 2020 School Year

BFF Baskets, Food and Fun
This event is our largest event of the year and involves many sub-committees to run efficiently. Managed by a Committee Chair, volunteers are needed for several pre-event activities: BFF Sponsorship solicitation, rides/activities procurement, food/drinks, ticket sales, Basket assembly and advertising, to name a few. The night of the event additional volunteers are needed to help with the above sub-committees, but also with setup, ticket sales, money collection, and clean up. More information will be provided via the WMS PTSO Newsflash and on Facebook as the Committee is developed annually.

BFF Food Committee
Volunteers for this sub-committee assist with securing food vendors to sell food items at the event, procuring additional food and drinks the PTSO sells at the event and soliciting food items for donation that the PTSO will sell at the event. This Committee will also be in charge of setting up tables where the food will be sold, manning the tables and assisting with cleanup at the event.

BFF: Basket Assembly 6th Grade
Our Annual WMS BFF event will be held on May 1, 2020. We are in need of volunteers to help assemble the raffle baskets. This year, we have a new BFF basket fundraiser collection process. Gone are the days of collecting items per homeroom, sending emails, purchasing items and putting a basket together. New this year, we will have a committee put baskets together per grade. If you are interested in assembling the baskets, please sign up on the link. You will not be required to send emails or collect money/items per homeroom. We are looking for crafty, creative volunteers who are interested in basket assembly only. A BFF Basket meeting will be held soon (date TBD) to provide you with further instructions. Thank you!
